The Transparency is Not Enough introductory framework and workshop curriculum were created for activists, organizers, advocates, and community members thinking about transparency and access when developing campaigns that target the criminal legal system. The Framework provides an introduction to the issue and a series of questions to help develop and strengthen organizing strategies around transparency and access. The Curriculum introduces concepts and analytical frameworks through a variety of activities to help participants understand transparency and access to the criminal legal system as an entry point for transformative change.
